About us, our van and our bubbles
Hi! My name is Meg and I am the proud owner of FIZZ 76. It has always been a dream of mine to be a part of the wedding and events industry, working as a waitress in my very early days I knew that I needed to get my hands on something quirky, fun and of course joyus that would allow me to fulfill my dream.
Working as a dental nurse I was unsure where my future was heading and knew this was the time to make the big jump!
I came across the beautiful prosecco van in July 2019 and instantly fell in love, I knew this was what I was destined to do!
My Stunning Prosecco Van
With dimensions of just W1.2m x L2.6m x H1.95m, the compact size allows us to deliver a chilled glass of fizz in a variety of locations from hotel foyers to your very own back garden. This makes it the perfect addition to your own private parties or to add sparkle to larger events and festivals.
Originally owned and converted by Emma and Emily our little Piaggio Ape was discovered unloved and in need of a bit of TLC. The Piaggio was once imported from Italy and sat in a dark lock up with no life, the van was looking sad and in need of much repair!
The van was transformed into a fully functioning mobile bar by friends and family of the previous owners, Emily & Emma. For them, seeing the rusty van turn into their dream was such a great feeling!
Emma and Emily the previous owners launched in early May 2016 when they decided to sell the business due to personal circumstances in 2019. I purchased the business in July 2019 and started business from September 2019. Since then we have literally hit the ground running and have been sincerely honored to be a part of some amazing events and have lots of exciting things to look forward to.
We love being a part of your sepcail events and occasions and are so grateful to share with you a unique bar experience. Hire us to make your special day unforgettable or join us at an event near you to share our love of bubbles and have a chat!

Our Bubbles
We serve 100% Glera grape Vino-Frizzante on tap chilled to perfection or 750ml bottless of Prosecco DOC or DOCG to your requirements. Our chilled bar system reduces the need for bottles and ice buckets, reducing waste and ensuring an excellent quality product is poured in every glass served. Our 'bubbles on tap' service eliminates the risk of a flat drink from half empty bottles and guarantees a fresh glass whether served straight or as a sparkling cocktail.
After assessing our supply partners and after a large number of sampling sessions (well someone has to do the market research!) we settled on Frizzenti for our preffered choice.
Fizz 76 fully support and comply with the 2009 EU Directive for the origin of Prosecco.
A young and light sparkling wine, Frizzenti has intense primary aromas which taste fresh, light and simple. Vino Frizzante, or “lightly sparkling wine” in Italian, delivers smaller bubbles than Champagne providing a smoother drink which can be enjoyed as an aperitif and with meals alike. At 11% abv Frizzenti makes an excellent choice for all occasions.
A sparkling pink variety, Frizzenti Rosato is made from a blend of Pinot Nero and Raboso grapes. Like Frizzenti it is light in alcohol at just 11%, making it easy to drink. Frizzenti Rosato has a fruity bouquet with a distinctive raspberry note. Tangy on the palate, beautifully smooth with a good fruit acid.
